How we receive payments

| Pay the artisan or supplier | Payment is made directly to the artisan or supplier responsible for your order and shipment. Available methods vary by the artisan or supplier. |
| Shipment updates | The artisan or supplier prepares and dispatches your order. We help you track the shipment and share updates by email and WhatsApp. |
